Shanghai International Pharmaceutical Trading CO., LTD（SIPT ）was established in 1993 with a registered capital was RMB 118 million. On August 19, 2019, SIPT officially joined the family of Chinese National Medical Device(SINOPHARM-CMDC ) as a professional product supply chain platform company. It means the beginning of a major strategic transformation.

The company conducts distribution businesses of drugs, medical device and equipment in China. SIPT is also authorized to do importing business. The company has provided services to global medical device and drug suppliers such as Medtronic, Abbott, Stryker, Siemens, etc. SIPT has been through regular CFDA inspections and MNC annual audits, and has never failed any.

To support rapid development, the company has a warehouse in Baoshan District, Shanghai. The warehouse covers 3,500 square meters of area, with 2 extreme low temperature storages (-60℃), 7 constant temperature storages (0-30℃) and cool area of 2,000 square meters (lower than 25℃).

Recently, in addition to the traditional business, SIPT has also vigorously built a chronic disease management business system. All are in order to transform into a “one-stop chronic disease management service provider”.
